It has been 2 1/2 years since I traveled to Africa with my YaYa’s. Covid put a major crimp in my travel plans but I am making up for it. On Friday, April 1 I leave for 2 weeks in Morocco with Peggy Davidse. Of course, Covid is still reeling it’s ugly head, as both our departure and return flights have been cancelled. Rebooking them has been expensive and time consuming, but right now all is good. The huge job of deciding what to wear has begun. The weather at this time of the year is spring like with day temperatures in the 70’s and night temperatures in the 50’s. Not like my last time in a desert when the temperature was 120! But there was no humidity. Right!

So after this trip, I have 3 more major trips booked. In February 2023 I am going to Egypt and Jordan, April 2023 is Turkey and August 2023 is Tanzania and Kenya with a stopover in Amsterdam. I am the Group Leader for the Tanzania/Kenya trip and we have 1 double room left. Let me know if you are interested.

This camel ride was a highlight of our trip to Dubai. Looking forward to doing it again in Morocco! Casablanca, here I come!
